Dear Dominic

Disability Allowance in Gibraltar is not supported by specific legislation. It operates under administrative arrangements and provides financial assistance to eligible persons who are permanently and severely disabled from birth.

Gibraltar does not provide the same benefits as in the UK. I would therefore advise you to find out from the relevant UK authorities if the UK benefits you are currently receiving can be exported to Gibraltar.
